Ingredients:
- ½ oz lime juice
 - 1½ oz pineapple juice
 - ½ oz coconut cream
 - ¼ oz blue curaçao
 - ½ oz Rhum Agricole Blanc ā¼
 - 1½ oz Tequila blanco
 
Garnish: mint sprig
Glassware: Collins

Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake. Strain over fresh crushed ice and top with additional ice. Garnish with a generous mint bouquet.
