Ingredients:
- Ā½ oz lime juice
- 1Ā½ oz pineapple juice
- Ā½ oz coconut cream
- Ā¼ oz blue curaƧao
- Ā½ oz Rhum Agricole Blanc ā¼
- 1Ā½ oz Tequila blanco
Garnish: mint sprig

Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake. Strain over fresh crushed ice and top with additional ice. Garnish with a generous mint bouquet.
