Ingredients:
- 1 oz lime juice
- ¾ oz avocado pit orgeat
- ⅓ oz Giffard apricot liqueur
- 2 oz Blended Aged Rum ❸
- float with Angostura bitters
Garnish: mint sprig
Glassware: Double old-fashioned

Method
Combine all ingredients except bitters with 12 oz crushed ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake until a frost forms on the shaker and pour the entire contents into a double old-fashioned glass. Float with bitters. Garnish with mint sprig.
