Ingredients:
- 1 oz lime juice
- 2 oz orange juice
- 1 oz grapefruit juice
- ¼ oz passion fruit syrup
- ¾ oz cinnamon syrup
- ¼ oz allspice dram
- 1 oz Blended Lightly Aged Rum ❷
- 1 oz Blended Aged Rum ❸
- ¾ oz overproof Pot Still Lightly Aged Rum ❶
- ½ oz sherry
- ¼ oz Angostura bitters
- ¾ oz Black Blended Overproof Rum ❻
Garnish: mint sprig, edible orchid
Glassware: Large brandy snifter

Method
Set aside overproof Black rum and the Ango bitters. Combine remaining ingredients in a drink mixer tin, add crushed ice, and flash blend for 10 seconds. Open pour into glass and top with crushed ice. Float the black rum and bitters, then garnish.
