Ingredients:
- 1¼ oz sweet vermouth
 - 1¼ oz Campari
 - 4-5 oz pilsner beer
 
Garnish: lemon peel
Glassware: Collins
Yield
one cocktail
Method
Build in a frozen glass over a large rock, adding beer last. Foam some beer by whipping it and float on top. Keep everything ice cold before building!
