Ingredients:
- 2 oz gin
- ½ oz Campari
- ¾ oz passion fruit puree
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz orgeat
- 3 drops Bittermens 'Elemakule Tiki bitters
- small pinch salt
Garnish: lemon peel, edible orchid
Glassware: Old-fashioned

Method
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake 20 seconds. Strain into a glass with fresh ice. Garnish.
