Glassware: Hollowed-out pineapple

Method

Add all ingredients except overproof rum to a drink mixer tin. Fill with 12 ounces crushed ice and 4 to 6 agitator cubes. Flash blend and then open pour with gated finish into the hollowed-out pineapple. Float the overproof rum by gently pouring on top of the drink. Add garnish.
