Ingredients:
- a few mint leaves
- ¾ oz lime juice
- 1½ tbsp refined sugar
- 2 oz Pot Still Unaged Cachaça
Garnish: mint sprig, dehydrated lime
Glassware: Collins

Method
Combine mint leaves, sugar, lime juice, and cachaça in a glass. Muddle thoroughly. Add ice and garnish with mint.
Pictured here with crushed ice because I muddled in a shaker, added some ice and shook it before pouring into a Martini glass as it was ordered. The customer is always right!
