Ingredients:
- 1 oz seltzer
 - ¾ oz lime juice
 - ½ oz SC cinnamon syrup
 - ½ oz cherry liqueur
 - 2 oz Blended Lightly Aged Rum ❷
 - 1 dash Angostura bitters
 
Garnish: grated cinnamon, mint sprig
Glassware: Collins
Yield
one cocktail
Method
Pour the seltzer in a Collins or highball glass. Add the remaining ingredients to a cocktail shaker with cracked or cubed ice. Shake and strain into the glass. Carefully add cracked or cubed ice to the glass to fill and garnish with grated cinnamon and a mint sprig.

        Too much cherry makes for too medicinal a taste. The light rum contributes as well.
