Ingredients:
- ⅔ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- ⅓ oz Green Chartreuse
- 1½ oz V.S.O.P cognac
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
Garnish: lemon peel
Glassware: Chilled coupe

Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with 12 oz crushed ice. Shake and double strain into coupe glass. Garnish with lemon peel or twist.
