Ingredients:
- ¾ oz lime juice
- ¼ oz simple syrup
- 2 oz ginger beer
- 1½ oz overproof Pot Still Unaged Rum
- float with Angostura bitters
Garnish: mint sprig
Glassware: Double old-fashioned

Method
Combine rum, syrup, and lime juice in a shaker with 12 oz crushed ice and shake. Add fresh ice to a glass, add the ginger beer, then strain the shaker into the glass. Float the angostura bitters and garnish with mint sprig.
