Ingredients:
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz raspberry syrup
- 1½ oz gin
- 1 egg white
Garnish: raspberries

Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake. Add a large ice cube and shake hard once more, and double strain into a coupe. Spear raspberries onto a cocktail pick and place on the rim of the glass.
