Method

Add all ingredients into a mixing glass. Fill with cracked or cubed ice. Stir and strain into a chilled coupe. Float a maraschino cherry in the center for garnish.

Think cinnamon rum negroni and you’ve got it! Substitute Punt e Mes with half vermouth rosso, half Campari.
