Dirty Martini

1 oz dry vermouth
2 oz olive juice
2 oz gin

Garnish: green olives

Glassware: Martini glass

It's a martini: use whatever portions you like most, shaken or stirred according to your desire, then strain into the glass and garnish.

This is Matt’s spec, but you do you! Proportions call for very briney olive juice. Depending on what you have it might need a pinch of salt.
