Ingredients:
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ¼ oz simple syrup
- ½ oz red beet juice
- ¾ oz tawny port
- 1½ oz mezcal reposado
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Garnish: salt rim
Glassware: Chilled coupe

Method
Salt the coupe with black salt. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice. Double strain into coupe.
