- 1 oz lemon juice
- ½ oz coconut cream
- ½ oz passion fruit syrup
- 2 oz Empress 1908 gin
Garnish: mint sprig
Glassware: Double old-fashioned

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with crushed ice and shake. Open pour into glass and garnish.
