Ingredients:
- 1½ oz lemon juice
- 1½ oz orange juice
- ½ oz SC orgeat
- 1 oz pisco
- ½ oz gin
- 2 oz Blended Lightly Aged Rum ❷
- ½ oz Oloroso sherry
Garnish: swizzle stick, mint sprig
Glassware: Zombie

Method
Combine all ingredients except the sherry in a drink mixer tin with 12oz crushed ice a 4 to 6 agitator cubes. Flash blend and open pour with a gated finish into a Zombie glass or Fog Cutter mug. Float sherry gently by pouring on top of the surface of the drink and then garnish.
