Ingredients:
- 1½ oz pineapple juice
 - 1 oz blue curaçao
 - ¾ oz coconut cream
 - ¾ oz lemon juice
 - 1 barspoon absinthe
 - 1 oz Blended Lightly Aged Rum ❷
 - ½ oz Pot Still Lightly Aged Rum ❶
 
Garnish: mint sprig, pineapple chunk
Glassware: Highball

Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker, add 12 oz crushed ice, and shake for 20 seconds. Open pour into collins or highball and garnish with mint and pineapple chunks.
