Garnish: pineapple frond, pineapple wedge

Method

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and open pour with a gated finish into glass. Garnish with pineapple wedge and frond.

This spec is very mild. To give it some pep, sub Campari for Aperol, add some bitters, or even add a half shot of mezcal.
