Ingredients:
- 2 oz sparkling wine
- 1½ oz pineapple juice
- ½ oz lime juice
- ½ oz passion fruit syrup
- ½ oz apricot liqueur
- 1 oz london dry gin
- 1 oz Blended Lightly Aged Rum ❷
Garnish: mint sprig
Glassware: Large brandy snifter

Method
Pour the sparkling wine into the snifter. Add the remaining ingredients to a drink mixer tin. Fill the tin with 12 oz crushed ice and 4 to 6 agitator cubes. Flash blend and open pour with a gated finish into the snifter. Garnish with a mint sprig.
