Ingredients:
- 2 oz Blended Aged Rum ❸
- ½ oz curaçao
- ¼ oz rosso vermouth
- ¾ oz imperial stout beer
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Method
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain over a large rock of clear ice and garnish with something festive, like star anise.

This came from the 2024 holiday menu at Mothership tiki bar in San Diego, CA. Proportions were Chris' best guess based on an old fashioned template. They called specifically for three countries of rums: Nicaragua, Trinidad, Barbados.
