Ingredients:
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- ½ oz lime juice
- ½ oz demerara syrup
- ¾ oz Campari
- 1½ oz Black Blended Rum ❺
Garnish: pineapple frond
Glassware: Collins

Method
Add all the ingredients to a drink mixer tin. Fill with 4-6 agitator cubes. Flash blend and pour with gated finish into a Collins or highball glass and add garnish.
