Ingredients:
- ½ oz tepache de piña
- ¾ oz pineapple juice
- ½ oz demerara syrup
- ¾ oz Monin bitter aperitif syrup
- ¾ oz Seedlip Spice 94
- fill with seltzer
Garnish: mint sprig

Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake. Open pour into a sweet tiki mug, top with ice, and fill with seltzer. Garnish with an extra full bouquet of mint, and plop a fun straw in there, so the recipient feels extra special.
