Ingredients:
- slices of a whole kiwi
 - ¾ oz lime juice
 - ½ oz simple syrup
 - 1½ oz Green Chartreuse
 - ¼ oz Pot Still Unaged Rum
 
Garnish: lime wedge, kiwi slice
Glassware: Chilled coupe

Method
Muddle kiwi in a shaker. Add other ingredients with 12 oz crushed ice. Shake and double strain into glass. Add lime wedge garnish or of course a slice of kiwi.

        Mattias says: First of all, if making more than 1-2 of these, it may be the smarter choice making a Kiwi-syrup beforehand (you'd be better off when straining the drink)
