Ingredients:
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ⅛ teaspoon li hing mui powder
- 1 oz Drambuie
- 1½ oz Jamaican Blended Aged Rum ❸
Garnish: lemon peel
Glassware: Chilled coupe

Method
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and add crushed ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe and add garnish.
The SC book makes no mention of ice in the shaker, but it seems sensible to use it.
