Kiwi Chartreuse Mule

Ingredients:

Garnish: mint sprig, kiwi slice

Glassware: Old-fashioned

Method

Line glass with kiwi slice(s) and fill with crushed ice. Combine all ingredients in a shaker, add 12 oz ice, and shake for 20 seconds. Strain into glass and top with crushed ice. Garnish with mint.

Infuse the gin by finely chopping kiwi fruit, adding to gin for at least 6 hours, then straining through cheese cloth.
