Kiwi Swizzle

Ingredients:

Garnish: pineapple frond, kiwi slice

Glassware: Collins

Method

Muddle the kiwi, juices, and syrup in a Collins glass. Add the remaining ingredients and crushed ice until the glass is ⅔ full. Swizzle with a lélé or barspoon until the glass is frosty. Top with ice and garnish.
