Ingredients:
- 1 oz gin
- ¾ oz Pimm's N° 1
- ½ oz ginger liqueur
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ¾ oz strawberries
- 2 dashes cucumber bitters
Garnish: whole strawberry
Glassware: Chilled coupe

Method
Set aside one strawberry as garnish. Muddle remaining strawberries to form fine pulp, add other ingredients and 12 oz crushed ice. Shake for 20 seconds and strain into coupe. Slice the strawberry vertically and at a slight angle to match the curve of your glass, and place on the edge.
