Ingredients:
- 1 oz Angostura bitters
- ¾ oz single malt scotch
- ¾ oz coconut cream
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- ¾ oz lime juice
Garnish: mint sprig, edible orchid
Glassware: Highball

Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker and add 12oz crushed ice. Shake for 20 seconds and open pour into glass. Top with crushed ice and garnish with mint and orchid.
