Ingredients:
- ¾ oz lime juice
- ½ oz honey syrup
- 1 oz blood orange juice
- 1½ oz Barbados Blended Lightly Aged Rum ❷
- 2 dashes Peychauds bitters
- 2½ oz sparkling wine
Garnish: mint sprig
Glassware: Chilled coupe

Method
Combine all ingredients except sparkling wine into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a coupe, then top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a small mint sprig or a few mint leaves.
