Ingredients:
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz SC passion fruit syrup
- ½ oz SC honey syrup
- 2 oz london dry gin
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 2 oz dry sparkling lemonade
Garnish: mint sprig
Glassware: Large brandy snifter

Method
Combine all ingredients in a drink mixer tin. Fill with 12oz crushed ice and 4 to 6 agitator cubes. Flash blend and open pour with a gated finish into the snifter. Add garnish.
