Ingredients:
- 1¾ oz Empress 1908 gin
 - ¼ oz absinthe
 - ½ oz maraschino liqueur
 - ½ oz lemon juice
 - 1 tablespoon yogurt
 - 3 dashes orange bitters
 
Garnish: maraschino cherry
Glassware: Highball

Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with 12 oz crushed ice, shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a glass with large ice cubes, garnish with cherry on a pick.
