Ingredients:
- ¾ oz lime juice
- ¼ oz pineapple syrup
- ½ oz curaçao
- ½ oz Aperol
- ½ oz Yellow Chartreuse
- 1½ oz Tequila reposado
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- float with sparkling wine
Garnish: mint sprig, lime wedge
Glassware: Double old-fashioned

Method
Combine all ingredients except sparkling wine into a shaker with crushed ice, shake, and open pour into glass. Float the sparkling wine and garnish to your heart's content.
