Ingredients:
- ¾ oz lime juice
 - ½ oz simple syrup
 - ¾ oz sparkling wine
 - 1½ oz Cuban Blended Lightly Aged Rum ❷
 - 2 dashes Angostura bitters
 
Garnish: mint sprig
Glassware: Chilled coupe

Method
Combine all except sparkling wine into a shaker, add 12 oz ice, shake for 10 seconds. Strain into the coupe and top with champagne. Garnish with mint.
