Ingredients:
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- ¼ oz maple syrup
- ¼ oz cinnamon syrup
- ¼ oz creme de cacao
- ½ oz Black Blended Rum ❺
- 1½ oz aquavit
- one egg white
Garnish: grated cinnamon
Glassware: Chilled coupe

Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker without ice and dry shake. Add large ice cubes and shake again. Strain into a chilled coupe and dust with cinnamon for garnish.
