Ingredients:
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ¼ oz simple syrup
- 3 slices cucumber
- 1 sprig dill
- 4 drops olive oil
- 1½ oz anise liqueur
Garnish: cucumber slice
Glassware: Chilled coupe

Method
Combine all ingredients except Ouzo into a shaker and muddle. Add the Ouzo, 12 oz crushed ice, and shake. Double strain into chilled coupe and garnish with a cucumber slice on the rim.

The recipe works with any anise liqueur but obviously for it to be a real Greek cocktail you have to use Ouzo.
