Ingredients:
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz SC molasses syrup
- 2½ oz seltzer
- ¼ oz allspice dram
- 1½ oz Black Blended Rum ❺
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
Garnish: lemon peel
Glassware: Highball

Method
Combine all ingredients in a mixer tin then add 12 ounces crushed ice and 4 to 6 agitator cubes. Flash blend and open pour with a gated finish into a Collins or highball glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
