Ingredients:
- 2 dashes chocolate bitters
- ¼ oz maple syrup
- ½ oz Amaro Averna
- ¾ oz mezcal espadín
- ¾ oz Black Blended Rum ❺
- ¾ oz overproof Pot Still Lightly Aged Rum ❶
Garnish: orange peel
Glassware: Double old-fashioned

Method
Build in glass, stirring with the rock. Garnish with an orange twist.

I found it hard to pick out the base spirits; rather, they intensified the bitters and amaro bringing out strong spicy flavors balanced out nicely by the syrup. Great one for the autumn!
