Ingredients:
- ½ peach
- 3 oz orange juice
- ½ oz lemon juice
- 1 oz coconut cream
- ¼ oz peach liqueur
- 2 oz Blended Lightly Aged Rum ❷
- 1 oz seltzer
Garnish: grated nutmeg, peach wedge
Glassware: Double old-fashioned

Method
Chop the pitted half peach into chunks without skinning. Add the peach chunks, orange juice, and lemon juice to a drink mixer tin (or cocktail shaker) and muddle the peach. Add the remaining ingredients plus 12 ounces crushed ice. Flash blend (or shake) and double-strain into the glass, and fill with cracked or cubed ice. Garnish with grated nutmeg and place a peach wedge on the edge of the glass.
