Ingredients:
- 3 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz lemon juice
- ¼ oz SC demerara syrup
- 1 oz ginger liqueur
- ½ oz St. Elizabeth allspice dram
- 1 oz Black Blended Rum ❺
- 1 oz Blended Lightly Aged Rum ❷
Garnish: grated nutmeg
Glassware: Hollowed-out pineapple

Method
Add all the ingredients to a drink mixer tin. Fill with 12 ounces of crushed ice and 4 to 6 agitator cubes. Flash blend and open pour into a hollowed-out pineapple. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
