Ingredients:
- ½ oz vanilla syrup
- ½ oz aquafaba
- 1½ oz guava juice
- 2 oz sparkling wine
- 1 oz overproof Pot Still Unaged Rum

Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with 12 oz crushed ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Longer than usual. Open pour into glass and serve rather quickly while it's still foamy. No garnish needed.
