Ingredients:
- ½ oz grapefruit juice
- ¼ oz orgeat
- ¼ oz Lyre’s curaçao substitute
- ½ oz Martini vermouth substitute
- ¾ oz Monin bitter aperitif syrup
- 1½ oz gin substitute
- float with seltzer
Garnish: mint sprig
Glassware: Hurricane glass

Method
Combine all ingredients but seltzer into a shaker, add ice, shake. Open pour into the glass and float the seltzer to fill the glass. Garnish with mint sprig.
