Ingredients:
- 1 oz seltzer
- ½ oz lime juice
- 1 oz guava juice
- ¼ oz orgeat
- 1 oz london dry gin
- ½ oz Pot Still Lightly Aged Rum ❶
Garnish: mint sprig
Glassware: Large brandy snifter

Method
Add seltzer to large brandy snifter filled with crushed ice. Combine remaining ingredients in a shaker filled with crushed ice, shake, and strain into the glass. Top with crushed ice and garnish with mint.
