Ingredients:
- ¾ oz lime juice
- ¾ oz carrot juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 2 oz mezcal espadín
- a few sliced chilis
Garnish: salt rim, lime twist
Glassware: Double old-fashioned

Method
Salt the glass by dipping in water then salt. Combine all remaining ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake. Open pour into the glass and garnish with lime twist.
