Ingredients:
- 3-4 sage leaves
- 1 oz lemon juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 2 oz Suze
- 1 barspoon scotch
Garnish: sage leaves
Glassware: Double old-fashioned

Method
Muddle sage leaves with lemon juice and simple syrup. Add remaining ingredients with ice and shake. Double strain into the glass and garnish with sage leaves.
