Method
Add tequila and lime juice to a glass. Add ice to the top of the glass and then fill with seltzer. Garnish with lime wheel and serve with sunshine.
Ranch Water is more of an idea than a specific recipe. Change it up to suit your desires: split the base with mezcal; add sweetener, triple sec, or a juice; muddle jalapeño into it; add a salt or tajín rim… go nuts! Whatever beats the summer heat.
