Ingredients:
- ½ oz lime juice
- ¼ oz ginger syrup
- 1 oz watermelon juice
- 1 oz Aperol
- 1 oz Tequila blanco
- float 1-2 oz seltzer
Garnish: mint sprig
Glassware: Zombie

Method
Combine all ingredients except seltzer into a shaker, add ice, and shake. Strain over a clear ice spear, add seltzer, and garnish.
