Ingredients:
- rinse glass with absinthe
- ¼ oz demerara syrup
- 3 dashes Peychauds bitters
- 2 oz Sazerac rye
Garnish: lemon peel
Glassware: Old-fashioned

Method
Use an atomizer to rinse your serving glass with absinthe. Combine the remaining ingredients in a stirring glass with ice and stir. Strain into the glass, express lemon peel, and use as garnish.
