Ingredients:
- 1 oz lime juice
- ½ oz vanilla syrup
- ½ oz Velvet John D Taylor's Velvet falernum
- 1 barspoon allspice dram
- 2 oz Barbados Blended Long Aged Rum
Garnish: mint sprig, cinnamon stick
Glassware: Collins

Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker, add 12 oz crushed ice. Shake for 20 seconds, open pour into glass. Garnish with mint sprig and cinnamon stick.
