Garnish: dehydrated lime

Glassware: Old-fashioned

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake for 20s. Open pour with gated finish into glass, and top with your garnish of choice.

Don’t worry, although it has quite a dark color the Cynar contributes to the rich hue instead of muddying it.
