Ingredients:
- 1½ oz lime juice
- 1½ oz orange juice
- 1½ oz SC passion fruit syrup
- 3 oz seltzer
- 1 oz Blended Aged Rum ❸
- 1 oz Black Blended Rum ❺
Garnish: Sidewinder's Fang peel, mint sprig
Glassware: Large brandy snifter

Method
Line a snifter with the Sidewinder's Fang peel, with one end hanging over the rim of the glass. Fill glass with cracked or cubed to hold the peel in place. Put the remaining ingredients in a drink mixer tin with 12 oz of crushed ice and 4-6 agitator cubes. Flash blend then strain into the snifter. Garnish with mint sprig.
